Hello, my name is Gary Harris. My automotive background started early at the age of 14.  I started working at my dad’s repair shop in Corning sweeping floors and doing light automotive repairs, by the age of 25 I was working for a Ford dealership as a diesel mechanic where my training started. After being with ford for 20 years I started my own Diesel truck repair shop fifteen years ago in Orland (my son runs it today) specializing in honest quality diesel truck repair at an affordable price. In 2019, I started with Butte College as an associate faculty in the diesel program. I love being able to teach the younger generation the skills and knowledge I have learned over the last 40+ years.
